You can try NO$, but it's awfully confusing to get it working. But it does indeed work, I was able to do it with my own collection of dumps with Rockman EXE4~6 e-Reader+ Cards.

^ Thanks for letting us know. I assume you meant the USA Wonder Card for this, it seemed to have a problem with it unfortunately.
I've corrected and reuploaded the file to the Gallery. The new PGT should work now, the one before it seemed to be all scrambled. I also recommend PokeGen, since you'll no longer have to deal with PGT files.

It seems as if Best Wishes' latest episode has advertisements for the new Movie. Along with it's Card Title confirmation and Distro Text.
I went a head and edited the main post for footage of what it'll be like when it's acquired. Gallery Pictures are also coming.

^ I have to apologize. I figured you meant and I assumed it was for Generation 4.
I'm not sure if you can redistribute Cards to a Friend on Generation 5...

^ Sorry. I meant the address 348. You have to bump the number up from 00 to something like 05 or 0A, or more to get the Share count higher.

^ It should be address 348 in Hex. Bump up the 00 accordingly and it should become share-able.
I think it would be wise to look around for other methods to sending Cards personally. There's ways to do that without needing to alter the Card at all.

My original post regarding ExtremeSpeed Pikachu and other unreleased Events. You can pretty much assume that the other ones could be hacks / manipulations. It wouldn't surprise me.
The Card for it should come when it comes. We have until May, so I'm not too worried yet.Ill have to ask her if she really did go or got it off someone else, because as i said, she is usually quite reliable. for now though, this Pikachu is going byebyeIf you could help us acquiring the Wonder Card through that contact. We'd definitely appreciate it, it would also save me loads of work.

I've updated the Gallery's files for the PGTs. There was nothing wrong with the PCD side of things. Just the PGTs. When creating PGTs, it's important to take the first 260 bytes of the PCD, save that and name it into a PGT file. Older programs have problems when saving PGT files and can change when acquired on the save. In the case of tampering a PGT file, the location should be a specific one, since the Generation 4 games generate the location.
I advise everyone to create PGTs with this method through a Hex Editor. Either that, or simply use a newer program like PokeGen or one that doesn't need to handle Gift types since PCDs are the entire thing. If anyone can find anymore errors with PGTs, please report them to the Event Gallery Error Reporting thread. That way we can fix these types of errors for future downloads.
