    I have a great idea! Why not ask PKHEX's creator to make a program app similar to PKHEX, but only for Windows XP.

      I have a great idea! Why not get a modern operating system that isn't 16 years old!

      Try booting Linux from a USB stick, or getting a modern PC. PKHeX uses modern c# language / .NET features that are not compatible with extremely old operating systems.
