A pokemon with the IV's 20/20/20/20/20/20 cannot have a hardy nature. The PID 0454085950 is a hardy nature but it doesn't match the IV's so it's considered as hacked.

In case you didn't know, Adamant Nature raises Attack and lowers Special Attack. And you're asking for one with high Special Attack IV's. Adamant will just lower it back to normal. So I suggest getting one of these natures for your Arceus:

Could the problem be that you didn't have a pokemon in Box 18 Slot 30? You have to have a pokemon there for replacement. If you don't have a pokemon there, nothing will happen...

Dun worry, you don't have to have japanese, just upload the PCD/PGT onto Pokesav, press OK and it will work. Even though it's not in japanese characters on Pokesav, it will be on the game when you receive it. However, if you want to see its name on japanese on Pokesav, you will need to install Japanese Text. There was a thread about how to install JAP Text before, not sure where it is but try searching for it.
