  1. IV's are just random it depends on your luck. As for if a starter pokemon can have 31 IV's, Yes and No. It depends on your TID and SID. If your TID/SID matches a 31 IV match, then it is possible. If it doesn't match, you can't get a 31 IV starter.

  2. o.0 nicely done but how about these suggestions: (It took up pretty much space so I guess I should use a spoiler)

    • A.Poke' Radar

The Poke' Radar is a device in D/P that allows you to keep a stream of one kind of Pokemon.

By using the device in a patch of grass it will move and when you enter the grass that moved a wild Pokemon will appear and if you catch of defeat the Pokemon the grass will move in more places and you have a chance to see the same Pokemon again and again (That is called a chain).

When finding the IV of your Pokemon you must keep track of how many EV's your Pokemon has gained and in what stats,

then use the D/P IV Calculator found here.

Maybe change those to D/P/Pt instead of D/P.

    Section 1

In this section I will talk about the basics EVs

    • 1.What are EV's?

While training your Pokemon you may notice that some Pokemon gain more stats in one area while battling the same Pokemon.

This is because of EVs, EV stands for "Effort Value". EVs are what affect your Pokemon's stats while training them.

Say you wanted to train a Pokemon to have a very high speed so it could attack first you would want to battle a Pokemon that gives out Speed EVs. For every 4 EVs you get a stat, but there is a limit on how much you can earn and that limit is that you can only get 510 EVs before they will stop being counted. If you wanted to max out the speed of a Pokemon you would want to battle 255 Pokemon that give out speed EVs, if you gain any more they will be useless.

I think it's supposed to be like this:

  3. Granted, so giant (like as big as your house) and only support around the outside, makes it weak in the middle. You jump and a hole is made and you smash your bottom onto the ground.

I wish my computer isn't so laggy.

  4. When do you think the ARDS application would be installed to it?

And btw, since i've always used Pokesav but not PPSE, is there any guide to using PPSE because it seems like I can't load any SAV files. I've searched for the PPSE Guide through the search button, but it didn't come out with any results.
