I get the same error, too, but I don't think exefs should be in that folder. Otherwise, my romfs folder contents appear the same.

Using latest atmosphere and I cannot seem to find where to put my sword file created with pkNX. Everything was created just fine. But there is no contents folder to place it in.

Literally signed in after forever to just say this program is exactly what I've been looking for. Love that it (so far perfectly) applies the met data perfectly. Saves so much time, thank you for your contribution!
