The game is stuck at Connecting... Please stand by. Pokemon Shining Pearl. Does it has something to do with beaing on incognito and blocking nintendo servers?

So, is there a way to get the platinum outfit in 2023 using pkhex? If I do what it says above will I own it and will it show in the mystery git menu menu?
