Really enjoyed this Rom so far. I have 2 questions: 1. how do I recruit shiny celebi? I have recruited dialga but now I’m not sure what to do, I’ve been to dusk forest and deep dusk forest but nothing happened. 2. What level does alolan Vulpix learn powder snow? Many thanks!
