Hi everyone, is there a way to change the catch rate of pokeballs, for example increase the catch rate of ultra ball to be the catch rate of master ball?

I know that no one has spoken on this topic for over 6 years but I will ask my question here: when I use the png2bclim tool to convert the edited .png file back to .bclim, I get a .bclim file identical to my .png file (i.e. totally readable unlike those in the rom) and therefore this edited sprite is no longer displayed by the game. Is there a step that I am missing or doing incorrectly? Or does it come from the software I use to edit the sprite?
