Okay I restarted the game and everything looks normal now. I went to Goldenrod as well and did not get the GS Ball like before in terms of the other topic. Kind of strange to me using a lua script like that to soft reset would cause such changes. I guess I got lucky with the GS Ball but every Pokemon I catch is messed up with the location and what not so that's unlucky. I really wonder what would be changed to just mess up every Pokemon I catch, I can understand the GS Ball being flags. And thank you for your time and help!

Yes that's me from the other topic! xD I used a ROM I dumped from the cart I've been playing on. No 3DS variant just the gameboy color cart.

The OT looks to be the name I picked. I caught some more Pokemon, and got Bill's Eevee and they are all marked as event as well, maybe something happened to my save somehow? :s The only thing I did out of the ordinary was run one of the lua script bots in VBA to find a shiny starter as I mentioned in my Celebi topic, and then exported it back to my cart. I'm going to post this because I'm stumped, I did a bunch of research about the GS Ball and getting Celebi in Japanese Crystal and all sources say I needed to of used the gameboy mobile device to get one. It's my first time playing the Japanese version of Crystal, and leaving the building the woman gave me the GS Ball, and I was able to give it to Kurt. I'm a scrub with two badges and got handed a GS Ball, all sources online imply that I needed to have used this mobile adapter with a cell phone to get one. I'm looking for where I'm an idiot in all this, multiple sites and Youtube videos state the same information. Have I just interpreted it wrong and everyone playing a Japanese Crystal just gets given a GS Ball for visiting the Pokemon Center in Goldenrod? I'm playing on a real official cartridge, it's been inside my gameboy player on a gamecube the entire time with the exception that I used the gsc lua scripts to reset for a shiny starter on VBA at the beginning. This isn't a rom hack, I didn't inject anything, and I didn't mess with the save file at all. Sooo... everyone gets a GS Ball or VBA modified my save data??

The Togepi is fine, it's all the other Pokemon like the Wooper, Venonat, etc and more in this picture. They say met at event and are flagged with the red triangle. I'm playing on a real official cartridge, nothing has been injected. Thanks for replying :3

For some reason everything but the Togepi egg and my starter are all flagged with the same problems pictured and also say met at "event". I was wondering if someone knew what was going on, or maybe my save was dumped bad? The dumper had issues with the cartridge not being detected but I dumped it four times to see the same results. All Pokemon were caught naturally in game and nothing has been edited.

I'm not seeing an event flag for Thundurus and Tornadus in PKHeX in Black/White, is it missing one? If there's another way to reset the flag such as hex editing I would greatly appreciate some assistance on it. Thank you!

The solution that works for me, is after loading into my save I take a step or just move around the map I'm loaded into then save, and restart. When I restart the game everything is fine but I always double check it. I noticed changing the map I'm on and then saving doesn't work and fails to fix the issue.
