Wondercards are in the site Event Gallery, you can download them from there.

They have information about these events, as they will be given on November 20 but I have not seen anything yet and I do not know if they will come out is volcanion, genesect and marshadow.

Wondercards are already dumped, but as far as I can tell the official site doesn't allow yet to redeem the codes.
