    Okay, for future reference: Every so often, TPCi/GF have issues with their trade whitelist. Even when an event goes online, it seems like they don't allow it to be traded immediately. Hence why it can't be traded.

    At the time I uploaded this, I think wc7full support wasn't implemented for PKHeX yet. I just uploaded it. Not the file's problem. 1. Is the region and country details set to JP? 2. Is the origin game Sun/Moon?
