Uncommon GBA?

I tried making a gengar, legit, and good enough to sweep through the battle frontier. I downloaded the PKM file from the PKM files list. After I made the necessary adjusments, the legality checker told me it was an uncommon GBA pokemon, that came from Platinum. Is this legit?

i think you have to search for the other PID possibilities , and choose the one that shows the type ..

It's not legit. It is legal. I'm not sure which algorithm's go to which Pokémon, but I'm sure uncommon GBA is an algorithm for a rare GBA Pokémon. I suggest trying to use a different PID.

use PID/IV in pokesav and pick type 1, or make it hatched.
