Well, that Arceus code produced a different Arceus to the one produced from the code at the start of the US Codes topic. This was not a Japanese one

I dont have one atm, but I can make one shortly. I have tested that Arceus code on my english Heart Gold, it works like a charm, got a nice little Giratina from it
