XD: Gale of Darkness Cheat Code Questions

So I was wondering about something

if you use Shadow Pokemon Nature Modifier Cheat Code from what Nature you want, when catching a Shadow Pokemon while finding IVs to match the Characteristics you want, when Migrating the Shadow Pokemon from Gen 3 to Gen 4. And when transferring that Shadow Pokemon from Gen 3-4 to Gen 5, 6, 7 and HOME.

does Pokemon HOME check that Pokemon's Nature when Capturing the Shadow Pokemon with Shadow Pokemon Nature Modifier Cheat Codes from Pre-Pokemon Games? This is what I've been wondering to know about, if that makes sense?

HOME doesn’t have complex checks, but it sounds like your mon might be illegal. Just don’t use cheats if you wanna transfer up…

Ah that's a shame, would be easier to use the Nature Modifer Cheats, since Synchronize Nature doesn't exist until Emerald

So mons like Unpurified Shadow Pokemon that can be transferred to game and all the way to Bank and HOME might be illegal or? As was mean't to say Purified Pokemon there. o:

Not sure what you’re trying to say; unpurified shadows cannot be legitimately or legally transferred to the main series games..

Oh my bad, I did not mean Unpurified Shadow Pokemon, I'll just say Purified Pokemon just so it makes more sense. So I'll ask this again, if you don't mind!

And when transferring that Shadow Pokemon from Gen 3-4 to Gen 5, 6, 7 and HOME.

Forgive me to enter the chat but whatever cheat code you use either in XD/COLO, Gen 3-7 if the PKHeX detect as illegal don't proceed even the Shadow Pokemon like Shiny Ralts that I request long time ago here that has Illegal flag "but" someone name under "E" for privicy only he/she succeed transfer on Pokemon Home it has a Video. Take note this file is already on SwSh which is pk8 used this as reference but just what if Pokemon Home detect it don't proceed you can try legal method such RNG manip, or manual edit using PokeFinder that my alway do and etc. I can't explained any further on Gen 5 to Gen 9 since they have difference method.
Take note this "NOT ALL LEGAL; YOU SEE IN PKHeX IS TOTALLY LEGAL SOMETIME THERE YOU SEE A ILLEGAL FLAG" and "NOT JUST REROLL ONLY TO GET SHINY", there lots video's on YT how to RNG manip

Ah I see it now. Seems like that Shiny Ralts can transfer Home to SwSh without any issues despite PkHex flags it as Illegal while that Regular Ralts can be transferred without any issues there!
