When I check my Legal Shiny JPN Larvitar that came on XD checked by PKHeX0246 ★ - ヨーギラス - 84E9380E7C77.pk3 but while I check it on this website above shown on the photo provided is "not obtainable" even I changed the SID corresponding to PID I get even I used two PokeFinder 4.2.1 and 4.5.4 can someone explained me about this why PKHeX is legal VS. Gen 3 Ace Builder

The warning message is straightforward. Did you use the OT ギンザル and RNG the TID 37149 and SID 54624 the moment you started the game? Or did you trade for the in-game Larvitar with that OT and ID? If you traded for it, you'll need to read the warning message again where it says that TID and SID combination is not obtainable the moment you start the game.

No that OT ギンザル or DUKING and TID 37149 is fixed only the matter is SID

Right, so you're misunderstanding. The program is only calculating the TID that you could have at startup. When you start the game up and make a new save file, it's saying that you are not allowed to have the TID 37149 and SID 54624 because it's not in a valid frame. The SID of the Larvitar comes from the SID that was given to you when you started up the game, but since the TID is different the program can't match it to a valid frame. It has no effect on the legality of the Larvitar.

nah! TID is fixed on this Pokemon since it was trade by from NPC DUKING "ギンザル" only the SID will matter that will match on your own TID/SID for what I know correctly I just give a example: Your TID/SID 1998/54624 while Larvitar is Fixed TID 37149/Random SID depend on your own SID
