I was banned years ago for asking for pokemon saves without a hacked switch. i believe the game in particular was pokemon shield. i do own this game and can provide proof of ownership (again). just wanted to know if its possible my discord is 473918258437685248

@Silencer owning the game doesn’t afford you the legal right to download a copy elsewhere, gotta dump your own copy of the game/data.

I understand tone is hard to convey in text so do understand I’m not being snarky in any way: if you disagree and want to challenge the current legal framework, go right ahead and challenge it in court (and also lobby for a change to the law). But until your case is settled (and also becomes law), do understand that the server needs to protect themselves by complying by to the current legal framework.
