Shiny Rayquaza Raid Boss Event Issue

Hello, I am trying to edit an existing encounter in the encounter database in PKHEX for the shiny Rayquaza five star raid boss. When I change the SID and TID, it reverted it to non-shiny form and gives the error message “ encounter error from origin game” or something similar to that. I’m wondering if this is an issue with the PID or something else I’m not able to understand. Could you help?

Since the encounter is always shiny, it uses the TID/SID to create a shiny PID. If you change one, you have to change the other to the correct value.

Load a save file with the desired TID/SID rather than editing it after the fact.

I see that makes sense now. So say I’m not able to actually upload a save file, is there anyway to make it work otherwise?

I’m not super sure, but go through the settings, I think you can change PKHeX’s default trainer details.

Then restart the app, use encounter database
