No, someone else with Bank would have to do it for you.

Not in official way, but...

You can import your .pk* Pokémon files with PKHeX from 3DS save to modded Switch save, then you move them to HOME in ordere to generate a HOME Tracker ID for everyone.

(This could be risky, because we don't really know if they can "track" the real origin of a mon with tracker ID, but if you import in HOME a Pokémon without ad ID it will always generate a new valid one)
