Question about Pokérus legality for this Swinub

Hello, I recently noticed that a Swinub that I have in my Pokémon X save file since 2014 is flagged as illegal because of the Pokérus days count.

I'm not the OT, so I can't be sure that this mon wasn't manipulate in any way.

But 2 remaining day for Pokérus "type 1" should be ok.

Does someone has idea of what is wrong with this Swinub?

The GUI clamps it back to a valid value for the strain. You'd have to check the raw data by dragging it out of the box and looking at the data in a hex editor.

I tried to "fix" that mon by manually reselect PkRs 1 - d 2, so it became legal

Maybe the OT used an external device or tool, like PowerSaves, to infect this Swinub with Pokérus and this was the result
