Saves loads in PKHex but corrupts on cartridge

I would greatly appreciate someone's help with this. I am used to modding my saves for SS and SV so I decided to mod some 4th and 5th gen saves as well. I changed around a couple of values for the Battle Tower, items in my backpack, etc., and did not think much of it. When I loaded up all three saves back into my 3ds, I got the description that the save files had been corrupted. I was confused as I made sure with the original saves I had titled them "main," but nonetheless I could not even load them up back into PKHex in order to re edit them as I received an error message that it was unreadable. Luckily, PKHex made backups of my files. They are bak files, so for my Alpha Sapphire I created an identical copy of the file through another save file I created in PKHex, with all of these values still being before I hacked the original file. Oddly enough it still loaded up as a corrupt save file on my 3DS even though it was a duplicate of the original! I am very confused as to what to do as all of these files are readable on PKHex, however I cannot get them to work again on my hardware. What would be the solution?

Be sure the file you are importing matches the original file name, eg "main", and that you're not restoring any other files to the system's save archive for the game. You've not indicated which homebrew you're using to dump/restore the saves, so I can't speculate what you're doing wrong.

I use Checkpoint in order to put the saves back in. And yes I am making sure that it is titled "main" and does not have the other descriptions that are in the files I posted.

I'd greatly appreciate if someone can open up my saves and see if they can work them on their 3DS. I have no idea what to do.

Wow thanks so much! That's so weird is there anything you did in particular? It keeps giving me the same error message when I tried it myself.

This is what loads up when I boot the exact same file into my Alpha Sapphire. What happens with pearl and white is identical.

Well @ChristIBelieve for your pearl and white save files I first tested them to if they would load up on pkhex which definitely worked. I then proceeded to test those files on my roms and both of your saves were intact. For alpha sapphire I had to download the rom on my 3ds and then test it out to see if it’s save is also intact. I’m guessing there could be something up with the 3 of your cartridge motherboards. Btw do you happen to be on discord by any chance? I’d love to reach out to you that way.

For 3DS saves, Make sure your save is named main (no extensions). Basically don’t changed the extracted name. Dont place any other files into folder that you’re gonna restore.
