Shiny Jirachi from Channel RNG

Last year, I decided to RNG abuse Jirachi using this guide: 

I succeeded and checked my Jirachi through PKHEX which is deemed Legal in version 23.08.23:

 

But after playing Pokemon Platinum trying to complete the Living dex and transferring the Jirachi from Pokemon Emerald, I downloaded the newest version of PKHex today and checked it again, it has become illegal for version 24.07.27:

Would anyone be able to enlighten me on this matter? What's wrong with my Jirachi?

PKHeX checks the menu advancement pattern in addition to the PIDIV. If the game menu cannot reach your PIDIV seed, then it is impossible to obtain, hence illegal.

I see, so it's only possible to get a certain amount of spreads within the advancement pattern that's considered legal, which means that there's a limit amount frames that can be reached, am I correct?

My bad, a disclaimer was added to warn about this possibility years ago, but it was only added to the "tutorial" post that was made. I will update it to the original post that you linked as well.
