Help me!! Error: Attempted to load an unsupported file type size

sorry i don't speak english well...

some time ago i've tried to lauch pk hex with some of my save files, from: Ultra sun, Ultra moon, Omega ruby (Citra emulator)
but it always displays the same error: 

(There's the error and some of my save files, respectively from US and OR, i deleted the UM one.... srr)

Update PKHeX, they both open without an issue on the latest version.

Also remember to not use save states, save ingame normally as you would on your console.

I have the same issue but my file is from ryujinx and it is pokemon violet the error code is (0x43AD56)

That is not an error code, that is the file size. And this is not even a save file, it is all 0x00 (empty, no data).

Dump the save data from your Nintendo Switch console and try again.

sora10pls. I was playing today and the power went out while I was playing. When I opened up my launcher again to play it would say data not recognized. That's why I came here I need to know if there is a fix and what had caused this to happen
