Is it safe if I use a pkmn from the encounter database, change ivs / evs, trainer and everything and then click on reroll PID and reroll encryption constant for legality issues? Changing values after something is generated is only "safe" if the encounter is not locked into a specific requirement/correlation of values. Would a pokemon from the encounter database be tagged as illegal if it has the same PID and encryption constant as someone else's because a lot of people use the template as a base to generate new pokemon?
