Error attempted to load an unsupported file size

So I backed my soul silver and black 2 cartridge onto checkpoint when I need to edit my save files. Now I open pkhex and get this error message and I click open and click on the soulsilver file that I backed up. It gives me that error. The path shows the soulsilver file. I closed out of pkhex, dedownloaded the file and still had the same issue. Its like pkhex is stuck on my black 2 file. Any ideas how to fix?

If the save file is invalid, then there is nothing for the program to load. Ensure you are exporting a save file correctly, and that the game has progressed enough to save in-game.

yea I saved the back up from check point and put it in my computer then hit open then it just would give me that error.

Try using TWL Savetool instead, the latest versions of Checkpoint seem to have issues with NDS games.
