When I try to open Pkhex, windows tries to look for an app to open it with.

I recently got a new laptop and downloaded pkhex onto it. When I try to open Pkhex, windows tries to look for an app to open it with. I've tried installing net frame 7.0 but the issue is still there.

Do you have file extensions showing? If so, what's the full name of the file? PKHeX.exe?
