Invalid Ribbons when it should be correct

I have a Ursaring from Colosseum/XD in Ultra Sun with all possible ribbons including the battle memory(8) and contest memory(40) ribbon. This should be legal as this Pokémon is from gen 3 and I genned this before I updated PKhex. The same Ursaring was transferred to home without any issues and I don’t remember it saying “invalid ribbon” before. Why does it say invalid and why can’t I pick the other ribbons as it should be possible, for example the contest ribbons from ORAS and the Training ribbon introduce in XY?

The Contest Ribbons in ORAS require OT Affection stats under Memories, the Training Ribbons requires at least Rank 2 Medals in every stat.

I can't reproduce the Battle Memory or Contest Memory Ribbons flagging as illegal in the latest dev or stable builds of PKHeX on a Colo/XD origin Ursaring in USUM.
