getting this when trying to edit some mons in a BDSP rom hack.
Iv edited other rom hacks with pkhex before with no issue. 
How do I fix?

How to fix? Go ask the ROM hack maker, or write your own save editor for the ROM hack.

Depending on the hack, some ROM hack creators have a custom fork to support their specific version of the game. PKHeX is open source, and if the devs want to, they're welcome to make a compatible build of PKHeX.
