I may have a laptop with the cache files for the Dreamworld, while I was using it in 2011. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get it to boot up. I still have it, but am not sure if the files are still obtainable. I did a lot of Dreamworld transfers during it's active days. I actually managed to keep a Shinx and Shroomish that I still trade to this day, but cannot bring some stragglers from B&W2 and the many lost ones I left in a different cartridge that I lost.

Carefully detach the hard drive (only if possible), then use a SATA to USB connector, and try to use it as an external hard drive with a different computer that functions.

Hello, you can remove the hard drive and put it on another pc with windows and take the files or install windows over that windows without deleting the files and accessing the previous session.

Computers do not let you remove hard drives from one computer and up it into another and have it work on that computer. That is a security feature to prevent data theft.
