Caught a Bascuilin Legitimately in White, pkhex says invalid

I have attached it for your perusal, as I'm not sure if there's a dedicated report forum.

I caught it and it was sent to my box, and did not touch it.

Update PKHeX. It's valid on the latest stable release (2022/12/18) as well as the latest development build.

I am using 221218.  Oddly, that error triangle says legal, and goes to green checkmark when I click on it, but the red triangle stays on the basculin.

If I then set the basculin, the error triangle stays away if I load the new exported save, but I'm not sure what that's changing, as the Basculin hasn't been touched.

What is the error that you get when you press Ctrl + Right Click on the Basculin and press Legality? PKHeX slightly modifies little bits of info to legalize it.
