ICanSnake Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 I didn't look at the pk3 yet because I'm not home, but make sure you kept in mind the IV glitch (HP any value, Atk between 0-7, and 0 for every other stat) and that it has a Method 1 PID type.

ICanSnake Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 Are you playing on emulator? Emulators can't perfectly replicate generated encounters in-game and skips frames and PIDs. The PID on your Suicune is not valid, if you want it to be legal you'll need a new PID.
Atrius97 Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 (edited) A valid PID can be found by using Pokefinder. Gen 3 > Static > Searcher, set the filters for HP of 19 to 19, Atk of 4 to 4, leave the rest of the IV filters unchanged, Ability to 0, and Nature to Brave. Any PID from the list that appears when you hit "Search" should be valid. Edited December 15, 2022 by Atrius97 1
