Need help with "Binary is not compatible with save file."

So I apparently I wanted to change some stuff on my Pokemon Save file and when I tried to open it through the PKHex I got that error. Anyone knows how do I fix it ?

Use the dev build until the next stable release.

mGBA 0.10.0 adds RTC data at the end of the save file, you can manually delete them with an HEX editor or, as @BlackShark suggested, use the PKHeX dev build until the next stable release.
