[Suggestion] Request for the Pkmn Database (Notes)

Heyah ! 

I'm back with another suggestion for the Pokemon Database (sorry ;_;)

First I wanted to say again that I love using it. It's like so useful, and so enjoayble to see what you've done during all these years in all your saves. However, I've a weird suggestion in mind. But I do think it does make sense.

The idea is that many collectors / traders uses sheets to keep track of every Pokemon etc. And the last thing that these spreadsheets does have compared to PKHeX is the fact you can add coments / infos about each of your Pokemon.

So my idea would be have a "note" part for each Pokemon. (that could result creating a little txt file linked to the PID / any other thing that loads when you load the Pokémon ? Just an example / idea, but it was the most obvious for me) That would be of course something exclusive to the PKMN Database part. But being able to keep track of everything inside PKHeX would be another huge advantage for collectors.

Sounds extremely niche; best to be as a plugin/external program instead of mainline.

I guess it'd be niche, but maybe it could be a nice way to attract some collectors to move to it.
Wish it could be done, even as a plugin, I'd buy it 100%
