I lost my save data of bdsp including the items mentioned above and i was wondering if someone could inject them to my new save file

Does your Switch have CFW?

Your switch has to have custom firmware to extract the save file in the first place, no one can inject that into your game for you without the save file. Those items cannot be traded, and even if they could be, it wouldn't activate the event for your save.

I do plan on hack it but not yet if anything I'll let you know in this post when that happens (hopefully soon)

Can I get an update on this? I have cfw and this would be the first thing I want to do. I want to inject both events and somehow be able to encounter both Pokémon.

Just use PKHeX. It has a UI menu that can activate the events for you on said save.
