Having difficulty finding a Pokemon Sun/Moon file with all the Pokemon loaded onto it

Is there a reason why I can easily find Pokemon Ultra Sun/Moon file with all the Pokemon loaded onto it but not regular Pokemon Sun/Moon?

what pkmn levels that file has? is it for sun or moon?

I don't remember to be honest but give me a sec and I will tell you and upload the separate files

 

The levels are dependent on legality so if you're looking for all level 100 Pokemon they are not in these save files. This save file is for  Sun
