how to get national pokedex ruby/sapphire

Hello

I was searching all over the Internet ti find a tutorial about upgrading the pokedex in ruby and sapphire gen 3 but I only found that I have to trade between games emerald lf and fr

But I have a problem and I can't trade using consoles and I have only one SP GAMEBOY how can I get the national one ? Can I use pkhex or something ?

I tried the flag "received national pokedex but nothing happened" did I miss something there using this flag?

You need the flags "Received Pokedex" and "Received National Pokedex" and the event constant "National Dex Received" has to be set to 770.

would i get a completed pokedex or just enabled to be filled?

It's not filled, to fill it use PKHeX's Pokedex Editor.

No.

Yeah, Ruby and Sapphire doesn't have any 'national dex encounters' hiding in it.

The whole 'nat dex unlock' and 'get non-regional mons' post-game gimmick only started around FRLG.
