Harsh sunlight in ruby

Hello ,

 

i have a little dilemma here:

i'm playing pokemon ruby gba 3rd gen and i was going around and discovered a weather change in Mossdeep City, lilycote city,

Ever Grande City andpacifidlog city.   the problem is i already cought groudon and all legends what am i missing here? is this normal?

Did you use any cheats? Normally the weather should return to normal right after battling Kyogre/Groudon.

You can fix it in the Event Flags in PKHeX. Clear "Harsh Sunlight/Rain in Eastern Hoenn", or flag 2090 in the research tab.

I recall something like that happening when I sequence broke the game using too many walk to wall cheats, and/or giving badges at incorrect timing, etc.

i actually had Harsh Sunlight/Rain in Eastern Hoenn on

 

but i though it was strange that it wasnt active when i got the harshlight from awalening groudon
