Question on very specific Gen 3 save editing

Hi guys,

So I'm just playing emerald on myboy on my phone and I've been editing the sav in pkhex just for fun. I want to be able to use kyogre in battle frontier but he's not able to be entered. Is there a flag I can change in pkhex maybe in the batch editor, that would change kyogre's status in battle frontier to let me use kyogre in battle frontier? I know the list of banned pokemon is small and I'm not sure how hard-coded that ban list is into the game. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like you need ROM editing.
Or some kind of cheat code.

I had these codes buried on my hard drive for years. The ones for English Ruby and English Emerald work, the others are untested.

Allow legendaries in Battle Frontier / Battle Tower

  Reveal hidden contents
