Pokémon Bank to be free of charge following 3DS eShop shut down in 2023

Announced two weeks ago or so, the eShop for Wii-U and 3DS will be shutting down March 2023. If you do not have Pokémon Bank or any software apps you want, now is the time to get them before you can no longer access the eShop.
Bank will be free once the eShop shuts down for an indeterminate time. It was not announced how long will Bank be up for before it presumably shuts down for good.
