Riolu/Lucario with different pokeball is not legal

Hey,

I don't know if this info is 100% correct but from my research it seems like it is.

Riolu/Lucario with different pokeball than the original one is legal in pkhex.  But you can only obtain riolu/lucario once in both games through the npc riley as an egg.

So it will always have the pokeball when its hatched. Since u can not get lucario/riolu through other ways you can only breed lucario with the same pokeball.

In order to change the pokeball you need the exact same species pokemon as female to inherit the pokeball, so its locked.

...no? PKHeX already only allows Poké Ball for any bred Riolu.
