There are Shiny Mew that can be exchanged online. Because these are sold on ebay and that should work

They are illegal. The only currently obtainable Mew in BD/SP is shiny locked. The game won't forbid you from trading those hacks online between friends, but there's no way to legitimately obtain a shiny Mew.

To reinforce what Shady Guy Jose said: just because they are online, doesn't mean they are legal.

Remember the original question asks for a legal Shiny Mew.

There's presently no way to obtain a shiny Mew in-game in BDSP without the use of external devices, glitches, cheats etc.
