Why would you need that?

 

It is recommended to always use the latest version, but you could compile it from the source https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/releases/tag/19.12.26

Also, that’s my image. In my images, it clearly says what to click and where.

For starters, maybe go to the main download link and look for “changelog”
