Shiny Arceus in .pk4 format

I have every legal shiny in platinum, the only 1 I know I can't get is shiny celebi, the only other one I'm missing is shiny arceus - is this possible and can i get it in .pk4

No Arceus in Gen 4 can be legally shiny.

Yes and no.

Yes Arceus can be obtained through an unreleased event (Azure Flute) you could add the mystery gift/item to your game.

You could then encounter it and RNG until shiny.

However it wouldn't be legit/legal due to the event never being officially released.
