PKHeX does not support ROM Hacks.

And if PKHeX supports your save, it is only because it's structure is close enough to the vanilla game.
Anyhow, looking at your save, you only saved once in-game. Consider saving twice first.

Do that, and your save shall open.

Just remember that ROM hacks aren't supported and everything will probably be illegal.
