Changing the amount of Rerolls, Pokemon BW2 does

So, for context, I've already modified the offset 08 28 @ 0x18DF0 in the arm9 to FF 28, making the base shiny odds ~1/257. Would there be a way to modify the amount of rerolls the game does to increase that even more to like ~1/10 for testing purposes only. I wouldn't mind if we have to modify the Shiny Charm's effects as well, literally don't know where the offset would be.

Also to answer the original question, no, there doesn’t appear to be an easy way to do so right now. I’m not even sure if people attempted a “hard” way to do it.
