Is it possible to edit Roamers in GSC?

In RSE, for example, you can edit the IV/shininess for Lati@s. Can you do the same for the beasts in GSC saves, so that the edited version appears when you encounter them?

Can be done, but I have no idea to do it via saves.
 

I edit it using ACE, and the change continues after you save the game and reset.
