Help with Making a Japanese V-create Rayquaza

Okay, so I'm having an issue making this rayquaza. When I try to make it in the JPN language to make it more authentic, the game keeps saying there's an issue with the pokemon. Does anyone have one themselves that they genned in and if so can you send me the file that the game recognizes as legal?

Never create Pokemon from scratch, always edit legit Pokemon instead.
