Is it possible to edit obtained base decorations and/or switch on mall's rooftop sales?

Hi, I don't know whether anyone has asked about it before but I almost couldn't find anything about it; I'm playing old pkmn games, specifically Emerald now, and I just want to get my savegame as completed as possible, so I wanted to add some decorations I miss, specially the chair and table you get by gathering 6000 and 8000 ashes which is a pain in the ass xDD or some unobtainable things since you have to chose between 2 or 3 things xD but I can't find how to edit the obtained base decorations or the amount of ashes I have gathered. And I also want to know if it's possible to switch on the sales on the Lilycove city mall's rooftop, because I have played a lot of days and still no sales; today I have the old man of the pokecubes and special casino day, and tomorrow another sale in Slateport city; but nothing about mall sales u.u xD

When I googled I think I read something about the editing base decorations feature still not included in pkhex but I want know for sure xD because there may be a lot of features I still haven't noticed xD

I'm guessing no. Someone has to do the research for it, it's not a high prioritized item in a priority list right now.
