Traded Pokemon not showing in my save

Hello, I recently had a friend ask if I could clone some of his shiny mons. I happily agreed, when I saved my ultra sun game and loaded that save into PKHeX it didn't show those traded Pokemon? it showed an earlier box of Pokemon. any solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Data doesn't magically disappear.

Be sure you're exporting your save file, and opening the newest save file instead of an old file.

How do I export a save using checkpoint? (Sorry I'm very new to all this)

This is an outdated version of checkpoint. I har already read this and it wasn’t of any use, I’ll just take a look on YouTube and see if I have any luck there.

Select the game
Backup the save/Export the save

It's not that difficult
