Help with an Error.

So, I was just transferring one of my mons to my Alpha Saphire file from my Y-File.
And it was showing me, that it is illegal (I catched it in Colosseum and haven´t tempered it) in PKHex.

When I clicked, I received the message: An unhandled exception error occured.

I searched for this but haven´t found anything, I can understand.

It is in german, sorry. I changed the language, but don´t get the error anymore. It just tells me now, that I have ribbons - aquired in Emerald - that are illegal.
Help?

 

Edit: The ribbons that are flagged as illegal, are not the ones from emerald, but the ones I aquired in my Omega Ruby file.

And I don´t get this long text anymore, only that the ribbons are illegal. I aquired them though through regular gameplay. What to do?

Oh, yeah. Ok, got it. But still, after the update to the latest version, I still have the other problems with the flags.

then make a report from the latest copy, and paste that here.
