Problem In In-Game Trade and Handler

There is a problem with the file that I created, when I was trying to create an Electrode from In-Game trade in VC Red/Blue that has been transfer to VC Crystal there was a problem in the OT and Handler saying "In-Game Trade has been altered" and "Current handler cannot be past gen OT for transferred specimen". I don't know how to fix it.

To make your life easier, as opposed to creating it from scratch (where you'll likely get it wrong), import said Electrode from here, then perform your edits:
